Section 125 Administrator for Flexible Spending Accounts and Health Savings Accounts.
Duties would include: processing medical and dependent care reimbursement claims daily, deposit of contributions, answering consumer
questions regarding qualifying events and benefit debt card status. Performing the necessary compliance testing and the enrollment of consumers using web-based Section 125 plan software.
Not required, though strongly preferred: candidates with
experience regarding COBRA (continuation of health coverage after termination) administration.
- Minimum 2 years experience required.
- Proficiency using Microsoft Office software programs (Excel, Word, Outlook, etc.)
Salary will be commensurate with experience.
