seeking an experienced Employee Benefits Attorney to join its Employee Benefits Group in the downtown Indianapolis office.
The successful candidate will work with and learn from experienced professionals in a national employee benefits
practice offering sophisticated and challenging work with diverse clients. Applicants must have at least two to three years' experience handling a variety of retirement and welfare plan matters, including issues arising under ERISA, the ACA, and the
Internal Revenue Code. Excellent analytical, research, writing, and communication skills and a superior law school record are required. Must be a member of the Indiana Bar or be willing to become one.
