Develop and manage relationships with plan sponsors through regular client contact: proactive phone calls, professional negotiation, responsive communication, and problem resolution. Work with plan sponsors and TPAs to understand their
concerns and act as liaison between home office departments and the client to initiate plan improvements and resolve issues. Oversee client satisfaction metrics and recommend improvements. Partner with compliance and ensure that all data and filings
are completed on a timely basis. Consult with plan sponsors regarding compliance or plan administration issues. Promote customer satisfaction through proactive and effective service delivery, and ensure prompt and effective response to all Plan
3+ years of experience with defined contribution plans in either recordkeeping, administration or compliance in addition to strong communication skills.
