- Calculation and allocation of contributions
- Work closely with clients
- Understand and interpret plan documents
- Completing annual trust accounting
- Tracking loan
- Preparing plan distributions
- Complete appropriate compliance tests
- Preparing Forms 5500
- Experience with unbundled record keepers such as: Principal, John Hancock, American Funds, Mass Mutual,
- Minimum 4 years of administrative experience
- Professional designations (ASPPA, NIPA) a plus
