Our Indianapolis office has the opportunity for an experienced employee benefits attorney (Associate or Of Counsel) to join the firm’s expanding practice and assume a
significant role on our employee benefits team. Our practice is broad-based and encompasses compliance work with retirement, health and welfare, and nonqualified and incentive pay plans maintained by private sector, governmental, and tax-exempt employers.
We also regularly advise on executive compensation and payroll tax, and healthcare privacy matters. The successful candidate can expect to have exposure to all of these areas.
We are not working with outside recruiters for this
- Juris Doctor. Qualified candidates must be and remain licensed to practice law and in good standing in the state of employment. During employment, must meet requirements for continuing licensure
for law practice.
- 7-15 years of employee benefits law, executive compensation and/or tax experience.
- Candidates must have an outstanding academic record (top 20% of law school class).
- Excellent analytical, writing and client
services skills are required.
