A growing TPA firm located in West Hartford Connecticut is looking to add a Pension Consultant / Administrator. This detail-oriented professional will be responsible for all aspects of qualified plan administration and recordkeeping for daily
and balance forward plans. This includes preparing participant statements, processing loans, distributions & payroll, preparing annual Form 5500 and performing annual nondiscrimination testing. Our Pension Consultants are responsible for a
book of business including work flow, client communication, compliance reports and Plan document maintenance.
Qualified candidate will possess 2+ years hands-on experience administering qualified plans and performing the duties listed above.
Effective verbal and written communications skills are essential. Knowledge of Microsoft applications (Word & Excel) is required.
