Director of Plan Administration

Liden, Nestle, Soled & Associates (LNS) is seeking a Director of Plan Administration to manage growth for our full scale, third party administration services firm. We provide administration services for Cash Balance, Defined Benefit, Profit Sharing and 401K plans for small to medium size employers. Responsibilities will include:

  • Quality control of plan administration services and work product
  • Maintaining and updating office procedures for effective work flow
  • Implement / update CRM and automated work flow tracking
  • Management of administrative service team members
  • Technical support regarding administration of plans
  • Devise strategies and formulate policies to ensure operating goals and objectives of the company are met
  • Identification, evaluation, and prioritization of technology efforts and expenditures
  • Identify, track, and monitor key performance metrics and recommend operational changes to improve performance
  • Manage Cybersecurity procedures and controls
  • Manage implementation of new projects


  • At least 8-10 years’ experience in administration of small qualified retirement plans
  • Professional credential preferred: ASPPA, NIPA, ERPA, CEBS
  • Demonstrated experience and knowledge of the legislative/regulatory environment regarding qualified retirement plans
  • Clear understanding of work flow for administration of small plans
  • Organized and dependable
  • Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
  • Able to build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external contacts
  • Excellent analytical skills-good with numbers
  • Trust-worthy, organized, and disciplined
  • Good judgment and ability to keep information confidential
  • Proficient in Excel, Word, and Outlook
