compensation would be a plus.
Responsibilities will include drafting plan documents and employee communications, overseeing plan governance and compliance, and negotiating agreements with third-party administrators, providers, and
vendors. Applicants must have a strong commitment to client service and be licensed and in good standing (or willing and able to become licensed) to practice law in the state of Michigan.
