- Excellent customer service skills
- Completing annual trust accounting and plan valuations
- Tracking loan administration
- Preparing plan distributions
- Performing ADP/ACP
- Preparing Form 5500
- Experience with unbundled record keepers such as: Principal, John Hancock, American Funds, Mass Mutual, Voya
- 1 – 3 years of administrative experience
designations (ASPPA, NIPA) a plus
