You are a star: you always have been. You champion for clients and participants; you challenge existing plan design and investment approaches to achieve excellent outcomes; you get this plan stuff and you are ready to join an industry changing team to ignite your passion and potential.

We take a non-traditional approach to the traditional retirement plan world. We think that advisors are the pathway to small business owners’ trust. Commoditization is what the other guys deal with: aligned Consultants can’t be commoditized. We believe we retain advisors and their clients if we care as much about outcomes as they do. We know that great ERISA and industry knowledge is best leveraged through aligned relationships.

With us you will focus on why you got in the retirement plan business in the first place. You’re expected to contribute to our evolving client innovation through your experience deftly applied to our network. This time next year you will be part of our team designing the firm’s approach to 2020.

Table stakes:

  • Comprehensive industry familiarity
  • Internal Sales background
  • “Never give up” attitude
  • Ability to close
  • Economically ambitious & goal focused
  • Effective working from home (if not located near one of our locations).

Nice, but not required:

  • Financial institution/recordkeeper experience
  • Licenses & designations

We are looking for an award-deserving team player who will take a firehose of opportunity and make it pay. Your first sales season will be successful with at least 40 plan sales by end of 2018; your second year will see you closing 100 plans or more and making a lot of advisors (and yourself!) happy along the way. The best position at a firm is where you can dictate your own success: join us and make that happen -- don’t just keep doing what you’ve always done.
