Job Summary:  Administrator works directly with an experienced Account Manager who has their own block of business. This position requires excellent analytical abilities, attention to detail, accuracy and problem solving ability.

Essential Functions:

  • Assist clients in logging-in to Pension Pro website
  • Prepare and assist clients on obtaining census data and asset data, then downloads into Relius and prints valuation for Account Manager to complete
  • End of Year 3(16) Cleanup census – force outs, RMDs, Vesting uploads
  • Ensure suspense procedures are being followed
  • Send Client Auto Enrollment Email – Special Exception Clients
  • Invite client to electronically sign 5500 form / E-File 3(16) 5500s
  • Post valuation report on Pension Pro
  • Handle any projects Account Manager needs assistance with
  • Oversee and process 70 1/2 (RMD’s) contributions
  • Prepare 1099r forms for brokerage accounts
  • Process ADP/ACP refunds
  • Prepare Form 5500 for Account Manager to review
  • Process Loan Files – 3(16) Clients
  • Deposits rollover checks and follow-up on pending rollover projects
  • Oversee the daily phone calls and emails from participants and clients/brokers
  • Oversee the processing and tracking of address changes, enrollment forms, beneficiary forms (Hard Copies)
  • Approves 100% Vested Distributions, Loans, and Contributions
  • Process hardship withdrawals, in-service distributions, termination distributions, retiree distributions, 30-day force outs, and loans

Requirements:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Recent college grad or 1-3 years industry related experience
  • Knowledge of Excel and other Microsoft applications/software
  • Working knowledge of Relius software a plus
  • Excellent math, analytical and problem solving skills
  • Provide a high level of service to clients
