Client Solution Advisor

At PNC, our people are our greatest differentiator and competitive advantage in the markets we serve. We are all united in delivering the best experience for our customers. As a Client Solution Advisor within PNC's Retirement Solutions organization, you will be based in Pittsburgh, PA.

  • Responsible for overall project management of document related issues and other practices supporting conversions, markets, and officers.
  • Performs in-depth analysis on existing retirement plan documents to create a PNC sponsored plan document. Draws upon legal education as well as past experiences to perform due diligence analysis to maintain plan qualification. Manages projects and assists with completion of the documentation process related to clients signing on with the Retirement Solutions products.
  • Acts as liaison to and communicates with front-line retirement service staff as well as external service partners, clients, and attorneys regarding deadlines, turnaround times and product specifications and problem resolution.
  • Responsible for development and evolution of regulatory required notifications as well as departmental policy and procedures as it relates to the documentation process.

Preferences / Skills

  • Bachelor’s Degree required; Juris Doctor preferred
  • Understanding of legal and fiduciary principles
  • Knowledge of ERISA; experience in employee benefits
  • Excellent research and problem solving skills coupled with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to analyze, comprehend and interpret legal and regulatory documents
  • Demonstrated attention to detail, ability to process information with high levels of accuracy

Required Education and Experience

  • Roles at this level typically require a university / college degree, with 2+ years of relevant professional experience. In lieu of a degree, a comparable combination of education and experience (including military service) may be considered.
