TPA firm focusing on the small to mid-size plan market seeks a Retirement Plan
Administrator with a minimum of 3 years of experience in all aspects of Defined Benefit plan administration. In particular, experience with FIS/Relius Pension Administration, 5500 and Document Systems is desirable. Experience with Voya,
Nationwide, American Funds and John Hancock platforms is a plus.
As part of our Defined Benefits team your skills and experience should include the following:
- Communication and consulting with clients, accountants and financial
- Consulting on plan design/illustration preparation and review
- Asset reconciliation
- Benefit calculations
- Contribution/funding calculations
- Document review and interpretation/Amendment
- Preparation of annual valuation reports and government forms
- Coverage and nondiscrimination testing
Applicants should have a strong desire to exceed client expectations and have an in-depth understanding of
retirement plan rules and regulations.
