As a non-profit retirement association, our sole purpose is to provide 401(a) and 457(b) retirement plan benefits to employees of Colorado local government employers (counties, municipalities & special districts).

This position is dedicated to the administration and fulfillment of a broad variety of retirement plan services, serving several external and internal partners. External
partners include CCOERA’s member employers (plan partners), their employees (plan participants) and retired/separated plan participants. Internal partners include CCOERA’s field member relationship managers, operations staff and
management. The purpose of this position is to better and more efficiently satisfy the organization’s more specialized service, problem solving, information, operations and compliance needs.
will have the expertise, skills and experience needed to manage both external (employer and employee) and internal (staff and management) level relationships, communications, service needs and special projects. Occasional employer service visits will
require travel to Colorado-based member employer locations using a CCOERA vehicle to provide educational meetings and individual counseling in the areas of retirement, investing and saving.
