Job Description:

The primary job duty is to support the Finance Manager by collecting, monitoring and creating financial models for decision support and general office duties.  This includes the preparation of company financial reports, analyzing trends, recommending actions to management and maintenance of financial documentation. This is a 40 hour per week, full-time, salaried position between 8:00am-5:00pm.

What We Are Looking For:

We are selectively looking for a team player to compliment our thriving office environment.  This person will be internally driven to produce excellent work.  A bachelor’s degree and at least three years of accounting and reporting experience is a plus. QuickBooks knowledge is also a plus. This position will be held in our Rancho Cordova, but Bay Area applicants who are looking to relocate are encouraged to apply.  This person must possess and effectively demonstrate the following:

  • Highest ethical conduct and character
  • Strong background in Senior Level Accounting
  • Desire to take ownership of the position and to put in hard work
  • Excellent communications skills including interacting with clients and management
  • Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with supervisor and co-workers
  • Team-oriented personality with the ability to also work independently
  • Ability to prioritize multiple tasks, work under stress, meet deadlines and take direction
  • Ability to innovate and create improvements on internal processes
  • Adaptable to change and flexible
  • Advanced skills in computer technology, excellent Excel skills utilizing formulas, and ability to quickly learn new software
