Establish and maintain effective working relationship with Producersand clients at all levels, to includethe decision-makers.
Develop and maintain
strong relationships with insurance carriers at the mid-management level.
Effectively handle workload and time management, including delegation
of appropriate tasks.
Collaborative brainstorming with the Senior Consultant to improve client benefit programs and internal processes.
Collaborative brainstorming with Health Risk Manager to assist client indeveloping a wellness
Minimum of a Bachelor's Degree in a business-related field, or equivalent experience in the insurance industry
At least three to five years experience in the insurance industry,
specifically in employee welfare benefits, or two years with Lockton Benefit Company in a a Senior Account Manager or Project Manager with an emphasis in employee benefits for Lockton
Strong customer service skills with the ability to develop sound
relationships with multiple clients
Excellent computer skills including word processing and advanced Excel skills for complicated spreadsheets created on a regular basis
Excellent organization and communication skills
insurance licenses or ability to immediately obtain
A solid working knowledge of welfare benefits with an advanced understanding of risk and insurance concepts
Ability to travel by automobile and aircraft and stay for more than one day and
