Our Consultants are committed to helping the Trustees of multiemployer health funds deliver and manage an array of diverse health and welfare benefits. Focus will be on
comprehensive plan management services including, but not limited to:
Strong interpersonal communication skills, with an emphasis on client relationship development;
Data mining and claims cost analysis;
ideas and concepts into actionable strategies and solutions;
Innovative plan design which focuses on total health management; and
Financial management through the development of effective financial projections.
5 years of progressive experience in a consulting or other professional service position, preferably within a multiemployer health and welfare plan environment;
Undergraduate degree - Business or Human Resources is
Prior experience related to benefits analysis, underwriting, claims administration or benefits law;
Pertinent knowledge of current legislation and healthcare industry issues, including ERISA, PPACA, and HIPAA
Strong analytical and organizational skills, with exceptional attention to detail and accuracy;
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills ( written and verbal) with the ability to effectively work with a
diverse mix of individuals;
Proven ability to effectively work independently and collaboratively in a fast paced environment with multiple competing deadlines;
Technical proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Access;
