Responsibilities of the position include, but are not limited to:
All Aspects of ERISA plan administration for 401(k), Profit Sharing and Defined Contribution Plans.
Complete plan administration
including eligibility determination, preparation of financial statements, allocations of contributions/forfeitures,calculations of vesting percentages, loans and distributions calculations, and preparation of Form 5500 and all related
Perform nondiscrimination testing, including ADP/ACP calculations, refunds, penalties, etc.
Maintain the plan's qualified status, review of plan documents, help clients resolve operational and regulatory compliance issues
related to qualified and non-qualified plans.
Perform compliance related activities such as government filings.
Assist clients with both internal and external audits when needed.
Minimum 2-4 years plan
Knowledge of the laws and regulations affecting plan design and plan documents
Excellent written and verbal communications as well as customer service skills.
Proficient in Word/Excel.
ASPPA designations a plus
