The Assistant Pension Administrator operates in support of our Pension Administrators and will be asked to perform a wide range of tasks associated with helping Retirement Plan sponsors and participants access their accounts for daily
transactions. The timely and accurate completion of these transactions is crucial to our business and the success of qualified retirement plans.

Over time we will teach and expect you to be a resource to our team,
clients and centers of influence while providing the level of customer service our clients have come to expect.
Working at MAPS, we will teach you to review and process defined contribution enrollments, loan and distribution paperwork as well as
understand Qualified Retirement Plan documents. After six months you will also begin working with our advisor partners for the onboarding of new plans. In addition candidate will be expected to complete ASPPA training and work toward industry
designations such as the QKA and over time evolve into a Plan Administrator role.
Introductory responsibilities include, but are never limited to:
Managing organizing emails, phone calls and follow up lists
Skilled use of
Microsoft Suite of programs (Excel critical)
Responsible for protecting, securing, and properly handling confidential data to ensure against unauthorized access, improper transmission, and/or unapproved disclosure of information
and withdrawal packages to clients on a timely basis to meet customer expectations and service standards
Answer enrollment, loan and withdrawal questions from clients, participants and staff in a helpful, friendly, knowledgeable and proactive
Ensure accuracy and completeness of the daily transaction tracking logs
Provide support to phone lines
Assist clients to navigate provider websites to download forms
Respond to clients and service
Understand pension plan documents to determine individual plan specifications
Review and calculate vesting information for participant distributions and loan requests
Perform quality review of loan and withdrawal packages
before sending to clients
Participate in and assist with implementing improvements to the daily transaction processes
Provide back up to other teams, as requested
Other duties as assigned
Selected candidate will be
required to be background checked and finger printed per industry regulations.
