The Transactions Specialist Role operates in support of our Pension Administrators and will be asked to perform a wide range of tasks
associated with helping Retirement Plan participants access their accounts for Loans and Distributions. The timely and accurate completion of loan and distribution projects is crucial to our business and the success of qualified retirement plans.

Specialist Role requires the ability to listen and respond to a wide variety of tasks, but also to ask the bigger picture, “what if” or “what next” question to help themselves and the team. Over time we will teach and expect you to
be a resource to our team, clients and centers of influence while providing the level of customer service our firm is known for in the industry.
Working at CrossPlans, we will teach you to review and process defined contribution loan and distribution
paperwork and calculations and learn about Qualified Retirement Plan documents.
Introductory responsibilities include, but are never limited to:
Managing organizing emails, phone calls and follow up lists
Skilled use of Microsoft
Suite of programs
Responsible for protecting, securing, and properly handling confidential data to ensure against unauthorized access, improper transmission, and/or unapproved disclosure of information
Send loan and withdrawal packages to
clients on a timely basis to meet customer expectations and service standards
Answer loan and withdrawal questions from clients, participants and staff in a helpful, friendly, knowledgeable and proactive manner
Ensure accuracy and
completeness of the Loan & Withdrawal tracking logs
Provide support to Loan & Withdrawal phone lines
Assist clients to navigate our website to download forms
Understand pension plan documents to determine individual plan
Review and calculate vesting information for participant distributions and loan requests
Perform quality review of loan and withdrawal packages before sending to clients
Participate in and assist with implementing
improvements to the loan and withdrawal process
Provide back up to other teams, as requested
Other duties as assigned
