A Retirement Plan Specialist works with our clients on the daily administration of Retirement Plans. This associate is responsible as an individual and as a member
of a team for delivering on our retirement plan service model to our customers.
Day-to-day responsibilities include:
Administration of day-to-day core activities of participant/client retirement plan services and administrative
Prioritize service deliverables to meet compliance based deadlines such as annual census, annual testing and related refunds, assisting clients with 5500 completion, audit assistance, and annual notice requirements
of retirement plan design and legislative changes that may impact client services
Exhibit strong verbal and written communication skills for day-to-day communications with our clients
Interest in process improvement and projects to enhance
our client service deliverables
Collaborating with other teams and internal departments to meet compliance deadlines and stated service deliverables for our clients
A 4-year degree; or 2-year degree and 2
years related experience; or 4 years related experience
Experience in retirement plan servicing is strongly preferred
ASPPA QKA or TGPC; CEBS or RPA a plus
