Kolinsky Wealth Management is a full service wealth management firm in Northern
New Jersey. KWM focuses on implementing retirement plans for business owners and corporate 401(k) consulting.
The Coordinator, Retirement Plan Services role will service existing retirement clients and be expected to participate in the sales process.
The candidate must be extremely organized, have the ability to multi-task, and work well in a team environment.
Gather and organize annual plan data, including census, valuation reports, Form
5500’s and client questionnaires
Manage and ensure timely processing of distributions and loans
Track ongoing plan contributions
Update and maintain plan sponsor documents
Work with third party administrator
Service plan sponsors and participants
Support the Director of Retirement Plan Services
Support Partners of the firm
Prepare RPF’s (Request for Proposal) and plan design analysis
and ongoing retirement plan billing using Quickbooks
Perform other related duties as needed
2-5 years of experience in the Retirement Plan Industry including 401k, Profit Sharing, and Defined
Bachelor Degree required
Must have working knowledge of ERISA, IRS, and DOL rules and regulations
Extreme proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite
Experience with Retirement Plan Advisory Group (RPAG)
