Retirement Plan Analyst

Innovest is an independent investment consulting firm with a client-centered culture. We have built a team of talented professionals with expertise in a variety of disciplines that benefit our clients. Relying on a talented staff, we serve a cross-section of retirement plan clients which include large municipalities, public entities and corporate organizations.  We are looking for an experienced professional to help support the efforts of our retirement plan practice group and consulting team.  A potential candidate must be a self-motivated individual who can thrive in an environment where time management, communication, follow-through and meeting deadlines are critical.  A proven strong character and desire to work in a team environment is a must. 

Responsibilities:

  • Support retirement plan consulting team with coordinating all facets associated with a retirement plan’s investments and service offerings
  • Develop and present customized investment solutions and education materials for plan sponsors and retirement plan participants
  • Provide consistent and timely updates on investment strategies, the capital markets, plan administration, compliance and retirement plan service providers
  • Develop and maintain a working knowledge of investment strategies, asset classes, financial planning concepts, retirement plan service providers and retirement plan rules and regulations
  • Be an active member of Innovest’s Retirement Plan Practice Group

Qualifications:

  • Exceptional character
  • Investment expertise
  • Demonstrated and advanced working knowledge of retirement plan operations
  • 5 to 7 years of prior experience working with retirement plans
  • Absent proven job experience a degree in Business Administration, Finance or Economics; CFP, CFA or retirement plan credential preferred
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship skills
  • Exceptional references
