We are seeking a Retirement Plan Administrator or Junior Plan Administrator for our Long Beach office with outstanding client-relationship skills.
Plan Administration Experiences:
Communicate with employers regarding retirement plan
administration, plan documents, participant loans, distributions and various compliance issues
Perform annual compliance testing including ADP / ACP, 401(a)(4), 410(b), Top Heavy, 402(g), 415, etc.
Prepare calculations of employer plan
contribution using all types of allocation methods
Review and reconcile plan assets and trust activity
Preparation of Form 5500, related schedules, and other IRS forms
Strong customer focus with
excellent interpersonal skills
Excellent written and oral communication skills
Strong analytical, problem solving, and organizational skills
Willingness to participant in continuing professional education
Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
3+ years of experience with plan administration as a TPA
Experience working with ASC and Ftwilliam a plus
Experience working with defined benefit, cash balance plans and 403(b) plans a
ASPPA/NIPA credentials or willingness to obtain a professional designation
