We are seeking an experienced professional with minimum 5 years of
experience in the Qualified Retirement Plan industry. Familiarity with the various aspects of plan design and administration, including census review, reconciling trust accounting, non-discrimination testing, contribution allocations and preparation of
Form 5500’s is a must. Experience with DB/DC Combination, Defined Benefit and Cash Balance plans is a plus. This position requires excellent organizational skills, strong attention to detail and the ability to multi-task. Must also have
the ability to work independently as well as being a team player.
Candidate must have the ability to effectively communicate with plan sponsors both verbally and in writing regarding plan design, eligibility, contributions, testing, vesting and all
other aspects of plan operation. Comprehension of plan documents and working knowledge in DOL and IRS annual filing requirements and forms is a must. Knowledge in DATAIR and FT Williams is preferred but not required.
