BlueStar has an immediate opening for a Client Relations Specialist in our Sponsor Support department. Our Client Relations
Specialists work closely with our plan sponsors to create a WOW! experience for every client.
Key areas of responsibility:
Manage and resolve sponsor requests and questions about day-to-day operations of the plan.
sponsors with web login and reporting problems.
Resolve change requests, such as service agreement changes, contact changes, ACH and other payroll-related changes,etc.
Prepare and draft participant-level and plan-level campaigns and
Schedule and host existing client webinars and enrollment meetings.
Act in an overflow capacity for the Participant Services call center.
3+ years of retirement industry
Bachelor's degree, or equivalent experience
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Excellent word processing and Excel skills
