offices in Roseville, CA, San Luis Obispo, CA and Charlotte, NC.
Candidates should possess the following qualifications:
Minimum of 4 years’ experience in the Administration of Qualified Plans including DC and 401k (Traditional and
Strong interpersonal skills to handle extensive client contact
Working knowledge of compliance and regulatory issues governing the operation and administration of Qualified Retirement Plans as well as generally and
accepted practices and procedures
Proficient in Word & Excel
Positive and professional attitude
Time management, problem solving and organizational skills
Ability to work independently and with other
Working understanding of Defined Benefit and Cash Balance Plans
