We are seeking an action oriented and “hands
on” Compliance Services Specialist who is results driven and highly collaborative.
What you will do...
Manages an assigned caseload of plans closely correlating to an Account Manager Team block.
Performs nondiscrimination testing and contribution allocation calculations for Daily Valuation.
Completes the Form 5500 and required schedules for filers as defined by ERISA.
Possess an in-depth knowledge of the software systems used
to support the nondiscrimination testing and government forms production.
Participates in client meetings, conference calls and web conferences on compliance topics as recommended and directed by the Team Leader.
Shows an ongoing
commitment to Pension Education and Training.
What we seek...
2 - 3 years’ experience in the field of qualified plan administration or other equivalent experience
Comprehensive knowledge of pension
administration and design for qualified plans
Knowledge of ERISA as it pertains to qualified plans.
Proficient in Microsoft Applications.
Demonstrated problem analysis and problem resolution skills.

Associates degree or equivalent.
