The Client Service Manager is expected to assume the
highest level of responsibility for the delivery of post-implementation services to clients and their employees and do so in a manner that continues to separate NestEggs as an industry leader and service provider. This role should naturally promote
NestEggs intellectual, value-added offering by creating the best service environment possible for our clients.
Builds and maintains relationships with clients and their key personnel.
existing client and employee meetings in-person and through Go-to-Meeting.
Serves as a liaison between the administrators and clients on escalated communications or events.
Maintains a presence in the community and strives to
strengthen our reputation and service offering whenever possible.
Conducts business reviews to ensure that clients and participants are satisfied with our services.
Expert on NestEggs client-facing technology platforms and portals. Train
clients on use, develop tutorials, answer questions and serve as an intermediary between external users and the end owner of the platform or portal. Must be technology savvy and have the ability to train users with various comfort levels regarding
Describes and helps conceptually design systems and processes to increase efficiency of implementation and communication functions.
Responsible for the company’s external presence through our website, social media, or
other marketing efforts. Must keep content fresh and relevant, and archive older material in web-based libraries.
Will own campaigns that are designed to enhance our public perception or create value awareness as well as standard
Fully owns the new-client onboarding or enrollment process and is responsible for maintaining positive relationships with clients throughout their tenure with NestEggs. This will require collaboration with and
delegation to multiple internal departments. Will be responsible for maintaining the implementation checklist and keeping the process on track with scheduled implementation dates.
Will have a proficient understanding of NestEggs investment
strategy as a means to enhance participant and client support.
Series 65 or equivalent
Minimum of 5 years experience supporting clients and customers
at the executive level
Demonstrated ability to be part of a small-business team
