Well established TPA firm in business for over 20 years and located in Southwest
Missouri is seeking an experienced sales professional for the Kansas City area, central and northern Missouri and Kansas territory. This person will be responsible for calling on a variety of networks, including retirement plan wholesalers,
investment advisors and CPA'S to market our services.
Essential Job Functions include:
Understand Proposal and Sold Case Process - All Vendors.
Understand Plan Study and Design Process and how to answer basic questions
regarding pension plans.
Make and follow up on all sales calls and appointments/conf calls by email or telephone.
Proactive Marketing - including following up on all inquiries from advisors or accountants; identify advisors and
accountants that are in the business; create and strengthen advisor and accountant relationships and coordinate with our internal sales to target advisors who consistently attend our seminars and events.
Track all proposals though Sales
Our ideal candidate will have sales experience either as a financial professional or experience selling TPA services. We seek someone with excellent written and verbal skills and a demonstrated track record of consistently meeting
or exceeding performance expectations.
