Well established industry-leading TPA located in beautiful Northern California is seeking a Trust Supervisor to join our experienced team at either our Sacramento or Chico locations. Telecommute position will be considered for the right professional! The ideal candidate for this full-time position will have a minimum of 5 years industry experience in trust and 3 years direct experience in a supervisory position.

Qualified candidates will possess the following:

  • BA in Accounting, Business Administration or related field, or have equivalent work experience
  • Minimum of five years industry trust experience
  • Minimum of three years direct experience in a supervisory position (need not be in pension industry)
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suites predominately in Microsoft Word and Excel
  • Superior math and analytical skills – Datair experience a plus
  • Ability to concentrate; highly organized and detail oriented
  • Strong problem solving and skills
  • Ability to motivate, instruct others and communicate effectively at all levels
  • General knowledge of pension law, document provisions, and government reporting forms
  • Understanding of all types of retirement plans, including defined benefit pension, target benefit pension, money purchase pension, profit sharing, and 401(k) plans
  • Ability to meet internal turnarounds and productivity requirements
  • Ability to interpret complex technical literature and utilize resources to complete work assignments
  • Ability to research and propose accurate and detailed solutions to advanced administrative questions
