We are a highly respected pension administration firm seeking a responsible individual with a minimum of 5 years' experience in the administration of 401(k) and Profit Sharing Plans. We are looking for someone to work either locally or
remotely (a minimum of 25 hours to full-time). This individual needs to be familiar with all aspects of plan administration including but not limited to discrimination testing, contribution calculations, preparation of Form 5500, participant
distributions and loans, trust accounting & earnings allocation. Must be organized, set priorities, meet deadlines and work with minimal supervision.
This individual should also be proficient with Windows, Microsoft
Word and Excel. Knowledge of ASC and Ft. William is required. Candidate will work with current administrators in handling their case load. Oral and written communication skills are essential to this position. QKA designation
The firm in is its' 24th year of business and is located in Granada Hills, a suburb of Los Angeles, California. We currently have a staff of nine, specializing in the small plan market. The firm actively participates in
ASPPA and NIPA.
