DC Account Manager for retirement plans

We are looking for experienced defined contribution account manager to help provide ongoing administrative services to our growing retirement client base. The successful candidate for this position will be a self-motivated individual who puts a high premium on customer service, team work, accuracy, and attention to detail.

Activities include:

  • Manage various types of plans, 401(k), 403(b), Cash Balance
  • Coordinate duties between money manager, investment professional, client
  • Analyze and reconcile plan assets
  • Allocate annual employer contributions (including cross-tested allocation)
  • Perform required compliance tests
  • Assist client in maintaining compliance and qualification
  • Review various participant transactions for quality
  • Consult on plan design changes for the needs of the client
  • Prepare signature-ready Form 5500 and other filings for IRS/DOL

Candidates should have previous experience with retirement plan industry and able to manage 80-100 caseload and maintains a credential with an industry organization (ASPPA or NIPA).
