Your work will include, but not be limited to:
Utilizing technical expertise to consult with clients on engagements that span a variety of employee benefit consulting services
Group Health Benefits
Long-Term Incentive and other Non-qualified Plans
Employee Stock Ownership Plans (ESOP)
Benefit Plan Reviews
Analyze, design and implement
solutions best suited to meet client needs and objectives.
Collaborating with staff to advise clients on alternate methods of solving needs or problems, and creating solution.
Interacting with clients at all levels to ensure excellent
service delivery and satisfaction.
0-1 year of experience in an employee benefits related field, professional legal, tax, or accounting services environment are preferred, but not
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Actuarial Science or Law preferred.
Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
Demonstrated knowledge of employee benefit laws, ERISA, tax laws, IRS Code and
Regulations, Department of Labor compliance and resolution.
Excellent communication and consulting skills.
Qualified individuals must either reside in or near the Grand Rapids, Michigan area or be willing to relocate to the area
for this opportunity.
