Surrounded by an
enthusiastic staff, you will provide essential support and assistance to internal and external clients. This individual will work in collaboration with the Account Manager to facilitate exceptional customer service while handling assigned tasks in an
accurate and timely manner.
Benefits Online Enrollment System expert;
Install/maintain/train our clients on Maxwell Health;
Maintain open and clear communication channels with
Internal and External partners;
Maintain a high degree of precision on detailed work and ensure own work quality;
Accurately enter all necessary information in database to ensure proper documentation;
Develop and maintain
excellent internal/external partner relationships;
Attend Maxwell Health seminars and keep up to date on the latest in the market and in the industry;
Answer Member Services line and assist our clients employees with claim, eligibility,
and benefit questions; and
Support Account Managers with daily tasks.
Ideal candidates will have:
2+ years health insurance experience;
online enrollment systems (either independently or via a payroll system);
Excellent communication skills, both oral and written;
Strong attention to detail and ability to self-check work;
Excellent time management skills;
Task oriented, excellent organizational skills, ability to prioritize work load;
Enthusiastic attitude, cooperative team player, adaptable to new or changing circumstances, professional demeanor, sensitive to partner needs, self-motivated,
creative and innovative;
Excellent problem solving skills; and
High level of computer literacy including working knowledge of Windows/Word.
