Administration duties of a TPA firm servicing DB, DC, & Section 125 (Cafeteria) plans including: collect employer census data, determine eligibility, contribution calculations, discrimination testing, Form 5500 and related filings, process
distributions (loans, hardships, terminations, QDRO's, etc.), plan sponsor and participant communication regarding administration issues. Work with various vendors to secure / coordinate relevent data. Work with Datair software to design and adminster
prototype documents. Review and research plan documents. Research ERISA with respect to document related issues and interpretation.
The position initially is a more junior-level administrator that will be assigned simpler cases initially. However,
advancement is possible as the candidate grows both in experience and relevent professional designations.
