Schwartz, Steinsapir, Dohrmann & Sommers, a union-side labor law and employee benefits firm in Los Angeles, seeks an ERISA attorney with three to seven years of experience to join our employee benefits practice.
Responsibilities will include drafting and review of plan documents and service provider contracts, compliance, working with plan professionals, and providing advice to Fund personnel and Trustees. Applicants must have experience in employee benefits law,
be detail-oriented, and possess excellent research, writing, and verbal communication skills. Current admission to the California bar is preferred, though not required.
