DESCRIPTION TPA firm located in the western suburbs of Chicago focusing on the small to mid-size plan market seeks a Retirement Plan Administrator with a minimum of 5 years of experience in all aspects of plan administration.

Coordinating, Compiling and
Requesting census information
Performing all annual testing including ADP, ACP, coverage, non-discrimination, cross-testing
Overall technical familiarity with plan rules
Distribution and Loan Processing
Plan Sponsors regarding Plan related issues
5500, 8955 and 1099 preparation
Minimum of 5 years’ experience preparing DC administration
Experience with Datair software is
Experience with various investment companies is desirable
Applicants should have a strong desire to exceed client expectations and have an in-depth understanding of retirement plan rules and regulations.
Pension education and credentials are valued and supported.
Ability to generate new business is desirable.
