Job summary A twenty-three year-old investment firm in the Orlando area, which is highly respected in the Christian Financial Services arena, is seeking an in-house TPA for the administration of defined
contribution plans. This is a ground level opportunity. The selected TPA will be responsible for all aspects of establishing this new department.
Summary of essential job functions
Training and supervising a small staff Trust
reconciliation IRS form preparation (i.e., 5500, 5300, sch SB / MB, PBGC filings, etc.) Compliance testing Consulting and plan design
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration
and 5+ years of Defined Contribution full spectrum plan administration experience Project management and analytical skills Strong working knowledge of ERISA and IRC regulations Excellent communication and organizational
skills Self starter
