The RPS Client Services Manager serves as the primary contact to manage the strategic aspects for assigned client relationships and increase the value of the partnership. They provide consultative and technical solutions in retirement
regulatory compliance, trust fiduciary, investments, annual plan review and annual plan participant education. This role is responsible for developing the RPS Relationship Managers and overseeing all aspects of client servicing. They will service
Primary point of contact for a designated book of clients and responsible for their overall satisfaction and retention.
Meets with clients for investment, fiduciary, educational, and service purpose based on region.
Responds to client requests, issues and/or problems promptly, efficiently and effectively.
Communicates retirement plan testing results, law changes, new products, and issues proactively with clients.
Responsible for explaining plan
provisions, new regulations, and ensuring that restatements and amendments are executed timely and understood by the client.
Manage Relationship Manager team to ensure a cohesive client delivery model.
Works with a team promoting
cooperation, respect and concern for client needs as well as fostering camaraderie within the group.
Proactively works to find efficiencies and innovation in client products and servicing, leading the rest of the RPS in these activities.
Completes annual E-Learning Plan and Bank Secrecy Act (BSA) training as assigned and keeps up-to-date knowledge of BSA as it relates to the job function.
Performs other duties as assigned.
QKA, QPA, APA, ERPA or QPFC and 5-7 years
of experience in the retirement industry is required.
