a professional who specializes in Compliance to join our experienced team at either our Sacramento or Chico locations. A telecommute position will also be considered. The ideal candidate for this full-time position will have a minimum of 5
years industry experience in compliance and be able to assist in annual administration and quality control.

Qualified candidates will possess the following:
Prepare plan calculations and annual report summaries for 401(k), Profit Sharing or Money Purchase Pension Plans. Defined
Benefit Plan experience a plus!
ADP/ACP non-discrimination testing and recommend correction methods
New Comparability and plan cross testing
Top Heavy/Coverage testing
QC skills for
review of IRS 5500 and Trust Accounting
Superior math and analytical skills – Datair experience a plus
