Job location may be telecommuting, or in our Los Angeles, CA or West Palm Beach, FL

Your role would be to help our
many users of the ASC DB Valuation and Compliance Testing system.
You would join our team that:
Provides superior client support via phone, email and chat
Works with clients and developers to deliver product
Creates and updates training materials, including webcasts, video series, user guides, online Help and FAQs
Delivers onsite client training
Stays current with legislative and regulatory guidance by attending
conferences and webcasts
Professionally represents ALL ASC products when meeting with clients and prospects
Knowledge and Skills needed:
Membership in ASPPA, preferred but not required.
EA designation, preferred
not required. Progress toward the designation will be considered.
Broad knowledge of pension valuations, including multiple decrement valuations, compliance testing, accounting, proposals and reporting requirements
ASC system experience,
at least 5 years
Demonstrated commitment to providing excellent customer service
Creative problem-solving skills
Clear written and oral communication skills
Exceptional organizational and time-management skills
The ability to work collaboratively and effectively across offices and locations to complete special projects
