The Excellence You Deliver:
day to day client contact to provide superior client service and relationship management.
Collaborate with internal and external partners to provide proactive issue resolution. Easily establish relationships with Sentinel Associates
across the organization to understand the products and services/solutions Sentinel offers it clients.
Calculate plan contributions; perform nondiscrimination testing.
Maintain detailed knowledge of ERISA, the Internal Revenue Code
and related regulations; expand professional knowledge through formal training and self-study; and applying best practices to clients.
Prioritize multiple tasks, work with limited supervision and escalate issues appropriately.
Demonstrate accuracy and thoroughness, monitor own work to ensure quality.
Some travel may be required. This position is eligible to be worked remotely with prior approval from the supervisor.

Education, Skills and Experience:
BA/BS degree preferred.
3 to 5 years of experience in all aspects of defined contribution plan administration.
Relius Administration strongly preferred.
ASPPA Qualified 401(k) Administrator (QKA) or higher credential preferred.
Ability to read and interpret retirement plan documents and have an understanding of the related rules and

Intermediate to advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel including the use of formulas and overall ability to learn and use different software packages.
