Builds collaborative relationships by listening and taking the time to understand our clients’ needs and doing what you say you are going to do while providing full and accurate information.
Educate and highlight our awesome products and
Matching our clients with the best Beneco products to allow them to take their business to the next level.
Develops the perfect game plan to communicate with our clients about challenges we will help them overcome.
Fact-finds and resolves client concerns in a suitable timeframe; gets the APPROVAL stamp of satisfactory resolution
Takes measures into your own hands to keep track of industry changes, expand your product knowledge to include but
not limited to DOL, ERISA, and IRS, when preparing, analyzing and interpreting information.
Responds to incoming calls on maximizing options available in the retirement plan as well as a lot of “how to” questions on basic
Represents Beneco positively when traveling to client sites and sharing the awesome benefits offered in their retirement plan in a creative way to inspire engagement.
Relationship building: You tailor your approach based on our your client’s style to find the most appropriate solutions while inspiring trust and confidence with your shared knowledge.
Performance: You are realistic about the goals set and consistently ask for performance feedback; take initiative to develop skills needed to perform effectively.
Great communicator: It is easy for you to
get your point across concisely and clearly using proper grammar and proper punctuation in written communication.
Forward Thinking: You are great at anticipating issues ahead of time and get a game plan in place to
EXPERIENCE AND BACKGROUND:
5 + years of providing extraordinary client service
2 + years of experience in 401(k) retirement plans and/or group major medical
Experience in the Prevailing Wage employee benefits market a plus
Amazing presentation skills / success in engaging prospects
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Bilingual in English and Spanish
