Essential skills and Experience:
10+ years in pension administration with professional certifications / designations desired
Serve as primary contact and successfully manage your own case
load of qualified plans through the annual pension administration cycle with little to no supervision.
Knowledgeable of compliance and regulatory issues governing the operation and administration of Qualified Retirement Plans, as
well as generally accepted practices and procedures.
Excellent critical thinking ability, proven to instill confidence with clients and their advisors.
Recognize issues and determine solutions, while also managing time and
priorities effectively, in a fast paced, deadline driven environment.
Strong interpersonal communication skills: verbal, listening, and written.
Proficiency with MS-Office. Experience in Relius software
Positive, professional demeanor.
