We are seeking a driven, team-oriented salesperson who will develop a book of business within our West Coast and South Central territory (applicant must be located in California, Nevada, Arizona, New Mexico, or Texas).

Education or sales experience required. Training will be provided on products and services.

Job description responsibilities and opportunities include the following but are not limited to:

Job Duties

  • Grow and maintain a book of business for a given territory
  • Establish relationships with new and current partners and customers
  • Provide education to financial advisors and plan sponsors

Experience & Skills

  • 4 year degree in an applicable field
  • 3+ years of direct selling or internal sales experience in industry
  • TPA experience or QKA designation preferred
  • Strong interpersonal skills to handle client contacts
  • Customer service experience
  • Knowledge of retirement plans
  • Motivated self-starter
  • Ability to learn and retain information in a fast-paced environment
  • Organized and dependable
  • Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
  • Excellent analytical skills-good with numbers
  • Must be trust-worthy, organized, and disciplined
  • Good judgment and ability to keep information confidential
  • A can-do attitude and desire to learn
  • Proficient in Excel, Word, and Outlook
