plans for businesses with 1-10 participants. We provide expert sales support and innovative marketing solutions to help Financial Advisors meet the needs of high income professionals, small business owners and high-income individuals with self-employment
income. We take pride in performing high quality administration services personalized to meet our clients' needs. We distribute through large financial institutions, brokers, independent RIAs, CPAs and online channels.
We are growing our sales
department and seek a high-energy internal consultant to help financial advisors and CPAs nationwide in the sales of personal defined benefit and cash balance plans. If you like sales and know Qualified Plans, we'll train you to do the rest. This
position is located in our office in Glendale, CA. We will consider remote for exceptional candidates.
Generate defined benefit and cash balance sales using large established base and new referrals
Consult via the phone with CPAs, Wealth Managers, Brokers, and small business owners on the suitability and design of Defined Benefit and Cash Balance plans
Follow-up on web and telephone leads
Run proposals to meet the client's
Provide plan design solutions to plan sponsors and advisors in a timely manner
Train and support financial advisors on selling defined benefit plans via Webex presentations, phone, and written communications
Participate in conference calls with advisors, CPAs, and clients to close the sale
Maintain up-to-date and accurate prospecting and sales activity information via Salesforce.com
Execute outbound call programs with hot prospects
Provide a high level of service, product, and industry awareness, cultivating new and existing intermediary relationships via inbound and outbound calling efforts
Work with all departments to ensure corporate objectives are
5+ years of qualified retirement plans experience: sales, admin, actuarial, consulting. Small DB and CB experience is a big plus
Conscientious, organized, and attentive to detail
Customer-focused, willing to go the extra mile to satisfy clients
Effective relationship building, customer service, communication skills
Excellent verbal, written, online and phone skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Word,
Excel, Power Point and Salesforce or other CRM application
Must be able to multi-task and work well under pressure
We are willing to train you on our approach and streamlined plan opening to refine your product knowledge but you must
be enthusiastic and creative about selling. Hours are flexible.
Salary and commission are commensurate with experience and performance
