experienced candidates for a Retirement Plan Administrator position, located in our Santa Ana, CA office and our Colorado Springs, CO office.
Primary duties and responsibilities include:
Serve as primary contact via
phone and email and provide annual administration work for an assigned caseload of clients who sponsor 401(K), Profit Sharing and/or DB Plans.
Review and coding of census data; determination of eligibility for entry and contributions based on
Thorough understanding of contribution calculations and allocations, coverage testing, highly compensated employee determination and non-discrimination testing.
Recognize issues and
determine solutions, while also managing necessary escalations.
Essential Skill Requirements:
Proven strong customer service. Effective verbal and written communication skills, with excellent interpersonal
Excellent critical thinking and problem solving ability, with a proven ability to instill a strong sense of confidence with clients and their advisors.
Working knowledge of compliance and regulatory issues governing the
operation and administration of Qualified Retirement Plans, as well as generally accepted practices and procedures.
Strong organizational skills, excellent attention to detail, ability to manage time and priorities effectively, in a fast paced,
deadline driven environment.
Proficiency with MS-Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel) and other PC applications.
Positive, professional demeanor.
Work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
