401(k) Recordkeeper

  • Recordkeeping and administration of daily valuation plans
  • Perform daily cash reconciliation
  • Process loan and distribution requests
  • Coordinate daily processing of payroll deposits
  • Calculate and trade corrections
  • Perform participant reporting on quarterly and/or annual basis
  • Develop recordkeeping procedures to increase efficiency and timeliness
  • Interact with customers to resolve operational issues
  • Lead strategic initiatives within the company


  • 5+ years experience in 401(k) recordkeeping administration, preferably in a high volume, transaction-based operations environment
  • Experience with recordkeeping software such as Relius and Schwab RT
  • Relevant professional certifications (ex. ASPPA, NIPA, etc.)
  • Knowledge of ERISA regulations and investment topics
  • Meticulous attention to detail
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Highly self-motivated and proactive
