Determination of plan eligibility, contribution levels, optimum and maximum tax deductible amounts;
Reconciliation of plan assets;
Compliance and Non-Discrimination testing;
Preparation of Form 5500 and related schedules; and
Ability to compose business correspondence as well as communicate with clients verbally.
2 years experience in DC administration;
knowledge of ERISA, IRS and DOL regulations;
